Ambrosia
Nb persons: 4
| 1/2 cup | heavy cream |
| 2 cups | strawberries, or some other fruit, cut coarsely |
| meringues, broken in large crumbs |
Whip the cream. Mix everything just before serving.
See separate recipe for the meringues.
Notes: This is a great way to use up broken meringues.
