2 cloves | garlic, minced |
3-4 Tsp. | chili powder |
1/2 tsp. | ground cumin |
1 cup | onion, chopped |
16 oz | tomatoes canned, cut-up |
8 oz | tomato sauce |
6 oz | tomato paste |
1 cup | tomato juice |
16 oz | dark kidney beans, drained |
1 can | chili beans, (hot) |
1/2 tsp | dried basil |
1/4 tsp | salt |
1/4 tsp | pepper |
In large saucepan, cook ground beef, onion, and garlic until meat is brown. Drain fat. Stir in everything else. Bring to boiling, reduce heat, cover, simmer for 20 minutes or longer.
