Italian meatball pasta

Meatball mix: | |
1 slice | bread, 1 inch thick |
1 1/2 pound | ground beef |
2 | eggs |
1 tablespoon | butter |
1/4 cup | onion, finely chopped |
3 tablespoons | parsley, chopped |
1 1/4 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | lemon rind, grated |
1 teaspoon | lemon juice |
1/2 | clove garlic, chopped |
3 tablespoons | parmesan cheese, grated |
1/4 teaspoon | oregano |
Other: | |
2 tablespoons | butter |
1 cup | tomato sauce |
2 pounds | pastas |
Mix well the meatball ingredients. Sauté lightly in the butter until it takes a little color. Half cover with the tomato sauce. Cook 30 minutes under low fire in a covered pan. Serve with the cooked pastas.
