Banana Ginger Pear Cereal

1 | date |
1/4 c | almonds |
1 T | ground flaxseed |
1 T | hemp flour |
1/2 T | roasted carob powder, (or cacao nibs) |
1/2 T | grated fresh ginger |
Slice banana into bite-sized pieces. Core pear and slice into bite-sized pieces. Pit and cut date into small pieces. Chop almonds into desired size. Combine all ingredients in a bowl; stir. Top with Hemp Milk or Rooibos Almond Milk.
Variation: Add 1/2 c sprouted buckwheat or quinoa.
