    4.5 Cups  Persimmons peeked and cut into wedges.
    4 Cups  sugar

2 Lemons juiced
1/4 orange zested

Combine and simmer in large pot until jam is at desired consistency. Approximately 30 minutes.
Prepare jars following canning process. Fill jars and boil for 10 minutes.
