| 2 tablespoons | butter, melted |
| 1/3 c | maple syrup |
| 1 tablespoon | lemon juice |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| pepper to taste |
pre-heat oven to 400
arrange potatoes in 9x13 inch glass baking dish
combine butter, maple syrup, salt, lemon juice. salt 7 pepper.
pour over sweet potatoes and toss to cover.
bake covered 15 mins
uncover, stir and cook, stirring every 15 mins until tender, starting to brown, 45-50 mins.
