1 1/4 cup(s) | sugar |
2 | eggs |
1/2 cup(s) | flour |
2/3 cup(s) | coarsely chopped toasted pecans |
170 grams | bittersweet or semisweet chocolate chunked |
170 grams | imported milk chocolate, chunked |
melt butter and unsweetened chocolate over low heat. Pour choc mixture
into large bowl. Whisk in sugar and eggs. Mix in flour, then nuts and
choc chunks. Pour batter into 9x9 pan - buttered - and bake until
toothpick test. About 30 min, but no more. Double the recipe makes three
pans. Cool on rack. Cook at 350
