    1 Stick  Butter
    32 oz. Package  Frozen Hash Browns
1 Dozen Eggs
    1 Cup  Milk
    2 Cups  Shredded Cheese
2+ Cups Browned Sausage
      Salt
      Pepper to Taste

Preheat oven to 350•. Melt butter in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Spread 3/4 of the hash brown package in dish. Whisk eggs. Add milk, cheese, sausage, salt and pepper; mix. Pour over hash browns. Top with remaining hash browns. Bake for 1 hour in the oven (add 15 minutes for frozen ingredients)
