1 Tbsp | soy sauce |
2 Tbsp | oyster sauce |
2 Tbsp | cooking rice wine |
2 Tbsp | sesame oil |
1 cup | broccoli florets |
2 | slivered scallions |
1 | green bell pepper , 1/2" dice |
1 | red bell pepper, 1/2" dice |
1 can | stir-fry vegetables, (kame) rinsed and drained |
1. Combine soy sauce, oyster sauce and wine and set aside
2. Heat wok over high heat and add sesame oil
3. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry until crisp and tender
4. Add the sauce that was set aside
5. Stir constantly for 1 to 2 minutes
6. Serve over rice or noodles
