Scrambled Egg with Cheddar Cheese

2 medium | eggs |
75ml | full-fat milk |
Freshly ground black pepper | |
Small knob of unsalted butter | |
50g | Cheddar cheese, grated |
1 tbsp | fresh parsley, finely chopped, (optional) |
1 white or brown soft bun
1) Whisk the eggs & milk with a little freshly ground pepper
2) Melt the butter in a pan & add the egg mixture
3) Cook over gentle heat, stir until eggs begin to scramble
4) Sprinkle grated Cheddar & chopped parsley & continue to cook for another 3-4 mins
5) Slice the bun in half & spoon the cheesy scrambled egg over the top
