Cornmeal Muffins

| 1 1/4 cup | flour |
| 3/4 cup | cornmeal |
| 2 tsp. | baking powder |
| 1/4 tsp. | soda |
| 1/4 tsp. | salt |
| 1/4 cup | oil |
| 1 | egg |
| 1 cup | buttermilk |
| 1/4 cup | honey |
Combine dry ingredients in bowl. Combine oil, egg, buttermilk, and honey. Blend. Add to dry ingredients. Mix well, grease only bottoms of 12 cup muffin tin. Bake 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
