22. Pork Cubes (Banelko Masuko tukra-Nepali)

1 lb | pork cut in cubes |
1 | onion, (medium) chopped |
2.5 cm | ginger |
4 cloves | garlic |
1 piece | green chillis, (sliced), optional |
1 teaspoon | salt |
1/4 teaspoon | chilli powder |
1 tablespoon | mixed spices |
1 teaspoon | cumin powder |
coriander leaves |
Utensils Frying pan-1, ladle-1, big-plate-1, cutter-l, big bowl-l.
Process
Grind onion, ginger, garlic, and chillis (optional). Mix salt and ground paste and other spices with the pork. Heat a few tablespoons of ghiu and fry the pork gently till it becomes golden. Add a little water if required. Sprinkle lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve hot. serve with rice.
