Beat eggs gently in bowl. Add flour, milk, and salt, beat until just mixed. Do not over mix.
Pour into greased muffin pan to desired size. Bake for 15 minutes at 450 degrees. Then, bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees, until golden brown.
