1/2 cup | arrowroot flour |
1/2 t | salt |
1 t | chia seeds |
1/2 t | baking soda |
1 t | cinnamon |
1/2 | nutmeg |
1 t | lemon extract |
1/2 cup | butter flavored coconut oil |
1/4 cup | honey |
1/2 cup | sugar replacement |
1 T | vanilla |
2 | eggs |
1/2 cup | oats |
1/2 cup | sliced almonds |
1/2 cup | sunflower seeds |
1/2 cup | unsweetened coconut |
Blueberries |
Mix sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, lemon and honey. Mix dry ingredients, mix in add-ins, mix all together so all is moist. Shape into small flat circles, put 4 blueberries in each disk and seal to make into a cookie. Makes 2 dozen
