Preparazione
Portare latte, panna e bacche vaniglia a bollore versare sulla miscela tuorlo/zucchero, raffreddare. Versare g 800 di crema in uno stampo 20x30 filmato con pellicola, cuocere in forno a 100° per 45/50 min.
