15 sausages-fresh-browned, poke w/ fork after browning
    6  onions sliced
About 8-Mix of yellow, red and orange peppers Brown onions and peppers with a little beer-use about 1 can of beer
      Salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning to taste

Add about 4 T brown sugar to peppers and onions after they are browned
In slow cooker—cook sausages in 1 can beer on high for about 6 hours
Add peppers, and onions after 4 hours
Remove sausages / peppers from broth
Put broth into big frypan and simmer until thickened
Add about 1 tsp veal stock while simmering
