Panko Breaded Chicken Tenders

2 lbs | boneless, skinless chicken breasts |
2 | eggs |
2 C | panko breadcrumbs |
1 1/2 T | paprika |
1 t | salt |
1 t | ground pepper |
1/4 C | vegetable oil |
Combine breadcrumbs, paprika, and salt in ziplock bag.
Beat eggs and pour in shallow dish. Dip strips of chicken breast in egg and then place in ziplock bag for breading.
Pour oil in cooking pan and place breaded chicken strips in oil.
Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Flip once during that time.
Finally, finish breaded strips on cooling rack in separate pan for perfect crispiness.
Serve with a carb and veggie.
