Spicy Maple Mayo

70g | yellow sugar |
4 Liter | mayo, 1 X 4 L tub |
75g | maple flavour |
250 g | siracha |
200 g | horseradish sauce |
Combine all ingredients, except mayo. Whisk until sugar is disolved.
Add mixture to 1 x 4L pail of mayo. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
Keep refridgerated.
