Buttery Celery Tortellini

4 cups | celery, thinly sliced |
2.5 cups | water |
1/2 tsp. | salt |
1/4 cup | chives, snipped |
cracked black pepper | |
9-oz. refrigerated cheese tortellini, cooked according to pkg. directions |
Directions:
In large skillet combine celery, water, & salt. Cook, uncovered, stirring occasionally for 25-30 minutes or until celery is tender and water is almost evaporated.
Meanwhile, cook pasta & drain.
toss pasta with celery & chives. Top with pepper.
