Bourbon-Spiked Caramelized Nuts*

3 cups | mixed nuts |
2 tablespoons | bourbon |
2 tablespoons | brown sugar |
1 teaspoon | amaro |
1 tablespoon | Rosemary chopped, plus sprigs to garnish |
1 teaspoon | black pepper |
1 teaspoon | kosher salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In mixing bowl, toss nuts with bourbon, brown sugar, amaro, rosemary, black pepper and salt.
Transfer nut mixture to rimmed baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes, until caramelized.
Allow nuts to cool, then transfer to small serving bowls or ramekins, and garnish with rosemary sprigs.
RECIPE NOTES
Nuts can be roasted up to 4 days in advance.
