Ingredients
    4 large  sweet potatoes, peeled and sliced into thin wedges or sticks
    1 teaspoon  salt
    1 teaspoon  garlic powder
    1 teaspoon  chili powder
dipping sauce
    ⅓ cup  ketchup
    ⅓ cup  mayo
    ½ teaspoon  garlic powder
    ¼ teaspoon  chili powder

Spicy Grilled Sweet Potato Fries

These grilled sweet potato fries have a little kick and are perfectly tender in the middle and crispy on the outside!

Instructions
Add sweet potato wedges to a large pot. Add enough water to cover sweet potatoes. Bring to a boil. Cook 5 minutes or until potatoes are easily pierced with a fork, then drain and pat potatoes dry.
Add potatoes to a large bowl. Spray heavily with cooking spray. Toss and spray again. Sprinkle with salt, garlic powder, and chili powder.
Carefully place potatoes on grill. Cook over high heat 10-15 minutes, turning once half way through. When both sides of the fries begin to char, remove from grill.
Whisk together all dipping sauce ingredients. Serve with fries.
