50 burro morbido
80 zucchero
1 uovo
2 cucchiaini lievito in polvere
1 vasetto marmellata + (evtl) pezzetti di cioccolata o granella di nocciole
biscotti sbriciolati e/o farina di mandorle
unire farina, zucchero lievito, burro uovo e impastare aggiungendo poca acqua fredda se serve (oppure aromatizzare con anice o mandorla amara)
stendere 4/5 della pasta, bucherellare il fondo, cospargere con biscotti sbriciolati e/o farina di mandorle.
