Italian Butter Balls

2 sticks | butter |
1/4 cup | confectioners sugar |
2 t | vanilla |
1 T | water |
2 cups | flour |
1 t | baking powder |
Makes about 40 butterballs
Cream butter and sugar together.
Mix other ingredients into butter and sugar.
Roll into balls and bake on untreated cookie sheet at 350 for 25 min
Allow to cool and then roll in confectioners sugar
If using small oven make balls with larger side melon baller and bake for 18 min
