| IMPOSSIBLE COCONUT PIE Serves: 8 INGREDIENTS | |
| 2 cups | milk |
| 1 cup | shredded unsweetened coconut |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 tsp | vanilla extract |
| ½ cup | all purpose flour |
| 8 tbsp (1 stick or 125 g) | butter |
| ¾ cup | sugar |
| pinch | ground nutmeg |
| pinch | salt |
INSTRUCTIONS
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend well.
Pour into a greased pie plate.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes.
