Pair this open-faced sandwich with a wedge of cheese, a cup soup, or a crisp green salad, and you’ve got a meal.
    1 slice  whole grain bread
    2 Tbsp  pumpkin puree
    1 Tbsp  cashew butter
    ½ med  pear, thinly sliced
    1 tsp  honey
      Fresh thyme

1. TOAST bread.
2. WHISK pumpkin puree and cashew butter in small bowl until combined.
3. SPREAD pumpkin-cashew mixture on bread. Top with pear slices. Drizzle with honey and top with fresh thyme leaves. Serve.
