Stir 1/3 cup evaporated instant dry milk, 1/3 cup sugar, and 4 tbsp. Cocoa in a small bowl until completely mixed. Add 1 cup milk, dry mix, and 3 cups ice to blender. Blend for 20 to 30 seconds until smooth and daiquiri-like in texture. Pour into a large glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings. |
