Faire bouillir les patates 30min et les piler
Mijoter les epinard 3 minutes et eponger les
Ajouter la farine et les oeuf et melanger
Fariner la place de travail et diviser en 4 la pate
Faire les rouleau de 2 cm et couper
Fuire dans leau bouillante 3 min quand il remonte a la surface
