CLX Cherry Tomato Salmon

6 ounces | salmon |
3 | cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 tablespoons | lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | lemon pepper |
1/2 tablespoon | thyme, chopped |
1/2 tablespoon | rosemary, chopped |
2 cups | kale, cleaned and torn |
2 teaspoons | olive oil |
1 slice | Texas Toast |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Place salmon in a baking dish and season with lemon pepper, herbs, and lemon juice. Top with cherry tomatoes. Bake for about 20 minutes, or until done. Meanwhile, heat a nonstick skillet coated with olive oil over medium heat. Add kale and season with salt and pepper to taste. Saute until soft, about 8 to 10 minutes.
