    48  Low Fat Nilla Wafers
    1/4 cup  brewed, caffeine free coffee
    4 oz  Fat Free Cream Cheese, softened
      1+1/2 cups Skim Milk, cold
    1 box (6 serving)  Sugar Free Vanila Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
    2 cup  container of Cool Whip Free
    1/4 c.   Chocolate, grated

Directions
36 of the wafers line the bottom and sides of a 9" pie plate. [I use clear glass Pyrex, it is prettier] Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of coffee on the cookies.

Cream the cheese in a Large Bowl with Mixer. Gradually beat in the skim milk. Add the dry pudding & beat for 1 minute.

Gently stir in the FREE Cool Whip. Spread half into the pie plate over the cookies. Spread evenly. Place 12 more cookies over the layer of pudding. Apply coffee to this layer of cookies. [I used a pastry brush.] spread the remaining pudding/cool whip mixture over the the other ingredients. Sprinkle grated chocolate or mini chocolate chips.s. Cover with plastic wrap. Optional: top with strawberries/not in nutrition calculation. Refrigerate for 3 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
