QUICHE - Spinach Pie

Spinach Pie | |
1 pound | sausage |
15 ounce container | ricotta cheese |
1 cup | mozzarella cheese, shredded |
2 | eggs |
8 ounces cream cheese with herb and garlic or 16 oz. Allouetta with herbs and spices | |
10 ounces | spinach, frozen, chopped, squeezed dried |
2 already made pie crusts for each pie
1. Fry sausage, crumble then cool.
2. Mix all cheeses, add eggs, cooled sausage and spinach.
3. Divide mixture into pie shells and top with lattice pie crust.
4. Bake at 425° for 30 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
