Farro, Mozzarella, Tomato and Arugula Salad with Bread Sticks

Ingredients: Farro Grape Tomatoes | |
Small | Buffalo Mozzarella Balls |
Bunch | Arugula |
Olive Oil | |
S & P | |
Bread Sticks | |
Shrimp,, (optional) |
Directions:
Cook Farro as directed on package (salted water)
Halve cherry tomatoes, add salt and olive oil, set aside (room temperature)
Leave Mozzarella out to room temp.
Drain cooked Farro and fold tomatoes into farro. Add Mozzarella and plate atop Arugula
Plating:
Bed of Arugula with Farro mixture atop.
Serve with bread sticks
