Argentine Quiche with Mixed Green Salad

Jack Cheese | |
1 C. | Chopped, Tart peeled apple |
Splash of Milk S & P | |
Sugar | |
Pie Crust | |
Mixed Greens | |
cucumbers | |
chives |
Dijon Vinaigrette
Directions:
Whip eggs and milk with s & p, set aside.
Roll out pie crusts and fill with ham, apples, cheese and egg mixture
Cover with top crust, crimp edges and sprinkle top with thin layer of sugar
Put in 425º oven for 15 minutes and turn oven down to 400º for 20 min.
Cover edges of pie crust if it needs it.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Make vinaigrette, dress salad with sliced cucumbers and chopped chives
Plating:
Serve slice of quiche with side salad
