120 g | brown sugar |
100 g | sugar |
115 g | butter |
2 | eggs |
1 tsp | vanilla |
125 ml | milk |
Cream butter and sugar add rest Salted Carmel sauce | |
4 T | water |
1 cup | sugar |
2 T | glucose |
125 ml | cream |
2 T | butter |
1/2 t | lemon juice |
1/2 t | salt |
Combine water, sugar, and glucose, in saucepan cook over medium heat for 3 min then turn heat up to high do not stir from now cook until Amber colour let stand for 30 sec then pour cream into mixture, add the butter juice and salt until combined.
