Makes enough for 2 large pizzas
    4 1/2 cups  unbleached all-purpose flour
(can split white/wheat or all wheat for healthier option)
    1 3/4 teaspoons  salt
    1 teaspoon  instant yeast
    1/4 cup  olive oil
    1 3/4 cups  water
      ice cold

cornmeal for dusting pizza stone

Preheat stone to oven max (500 degrees) Hot stone will activate yeast and cause dough to rise.

Cook pizza 350 for 10 mins, spin stone and 10 mins more
Remember: With topping less is more
